Tomorrow

Untitled from Liliana Marshall on Vimeo.

Maggie loves to sing! Here she is singing "Tomorrow"...

Random Maggie

Last night while I was in the bathroom, Maggie and David hid from me. I found them in her tent. She was so happy to have her Daddy crammed in there with her.

Maggie loves "toffee"... (coffee, which is really steamed milk with half a pump of chocolate). The other day we went to get some tires put on my car and we had some time to kill so we walked to Starbucks... then she asked to go to Best Buy to play video games. Like father like daughter.

(At Best Buy)

Maggie loves to pretend... the other night she was pretending to work on paperwork. As you can see it is SERIOUS business.

Lynden City Park

Maggie and I went to the park the other day. She has been begging me to take her and I told her that as soon as we got a dry day we would go. She had so much fun.
In the picture above she is pretending that it's a drive up window, she kept charging me $4.00 for imaginary chicken nuggets.

She is very independent... she doesn't need my help anymore. She wanted me to wait for her at the bottom.

Funny thing about Maggie... she LOVES tractors. It's because Daddy works on them. The other day we went to visit David for lunch and when we got out of the car she looked up to a Claas tractor and she said: "Mommy, tractors are beautiful!"

Baking Cookies

Oh, the mess ONE chocolate chip can make.

We were making cookies one Saturday morning and Maggie asked for a chocolate chip... I thought sure why not? Well, only a two year old would find a way to make a mess with one chocolate chip. She makes me smile.

Maggie's friend Jessie

Recently Maggie has really been into "Toy Story 2" (the red one, as Maggie calls it). Every time that Jessie comes on the screen Maggie gets really excited.... so naturally I thought she would love a Jessie doll.

David and I found one at Fred Meyer and were SO excited to give it to her. So, we brought Jessie home and gave it to Maggie. At first Maggie seemed happy, she even said thank you. But as soon as Jessie came out of the box Maggie hid. She was so afraid of her she made me hide her. hehehe... We thought it was odd and funny. We came to the conclusion that in her mind Jessie was going to come to life. I love the way her mind works.

As you can see, she has warmed up to her. The other day we pulled her out and talked about how she was just a 'pretend' Jessie and it worked!

I love my Maggie and her imagination!
