Happy Birthday Mommy!

I am happy because today is Mommy's Birthday! She put me in this really cute outfit that my uncle Fernie bought me. I think it's Mommy's new favorite too!


He also got me some really cute shoes to go with it but they kept falling off! Sad! But here is a picture of them:

Daddy's Girl

I love it when daddy carries me! He is so cuddly! Mommy loved this so much she had to snap a quick picture!

Playdate

My mommy and I had a playdate last Friday. It was so fun! This is me and my friend Sydney she is almost one month older than me. We went to the mall and window shopped! Mommy really likes her mommy Karen and we get to go to their house on Saturday for a game night! Yay!

Photo Shoot

I am so talkative!

This morning Mommy had to do some laundry so she placed me on my baby gym and I had a blast! I started laughing and talking so mommy decided to pull out the camera! We were having so much fun but Mommy had to go answer the phone because Daddy was calling us to see how our day was going! Hope you enjoy!

Bath Time!

I took a bath in my tub last night! It doesn't look like I am having a very good time but I am just relaxed! I loved it!!! Mommy and Daddy were trying so hard to get a good picture of me but I kept moving last minute... he he he.

Ready to go!

Mommy and I practiced this morning for next Monday when mommy has to go back to work! Grandma Jo came to get me at 8:40 am and we went to Papa and Grandma's house. I love my bear outfit... it's cozy and warm and it makes mommy cuddle me tons!

Mommy and Daddy got me a new toy, I love the sounds and colors so much! The monkey in the middle plays 'Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star' and it always makes me stop to listen. It also has a jingly zebra and a mirror. It's so fun!

Wakey wakey!

Good Morning everyone! This is what I look like in the mornings when my mommy wakes me up! I love it when it's time to get up and eat and play with mommy! I am always so bundled up and cozy at night but by the time it's time to get up I am pretty wiggly and squirmy and I even sometimes get out of the swaddle! My mommy calls me baby Houdini!

Tummy time

Here is a video of me on my tummy working on my neck muscles! I usually cry as soon as mommy puts me on my tummy, but... I am growing up and I am starting to like it! Mommy wants me to tell you that she is sorry it is so dark!

Napping in my crib

Mommy decided that I am such a big girl that I should start napping in my crib! It doesn't bother me one bit... I just love naps! One of these nights mommy is going to try it through the night... though it might be a little hard for her! (she is pretty attached to me) Mommy is so proud of me and how fast I am growing!

2 months!

Yesterday was my two month birthday! Not only that but it was also my grandma Jo's birthday too! Mommy dressed me so nice so that I could go party at my auntie Sarah and uncle Reid's house. It was so fun!

Mommy's New Hair!

My mommy decided to cut her hair this last weekend! She had grown it out while she was pregnant with me and she loved it... but I guess that my tugging and pulling drove her to the salon! She really likes it and I like that it's not in my way anymore! Hope you like it too!

Time for a change!

From now on the blog will be from Maggie's point of view. She will tell you all about her adventures and her new discoveries! She will fill you in on her mommy, daddy, and silly puppy Missy!

Our Happy Girl

Miss Maggie is 8 weeks old! (I can't believe it!) We had her 2 month check up on Friday and she did so well! She is weighing in at 10lbs 9oz and measures 24 inches! The doctor said her weight is in the 50th percentile but that in length she is in the 95th!!! Takes after her daddy! They gave her her first round of shots (that was hard) and she was so good. She did cry and had to tell me all about it in her own way afterward!

As you can see above she is a very happy girl! She is starting to really react to her surroundings, smiling and talking a ton! Her cooing is wonderful... I will try to catch it on a video so you can all see it!
